Why are the irritating, big haired Jonas Brothers in the Forbes Celebrity 100 while Oscar de la Hoya is not?

In what way are those kids more powerful or more influential than the Golden Boy? Geez. Stupid ranking you have there Mr. Forbes. No one beats Oscar de la Hoya.
